“Outlet” is a broad commercial term and does not automatically prove a specific product origin or condition. Sellers should describe each item accurately and support claims with evidence.
Classify product condition clearly
Items may be end-of-season, excess inventory, display samples, repackaged goods or part of a specific distribution program. Labels should match actual condition and records.
Do not use documents as marketing slogans
CO, CQ, invoices, packing lists and import documents have different purposes. Publish only documents you actually possess and that apply to the relevant shipment.
Be transparent on product pages
Show brand, product code, condition, supply source, warranty, return policy, included accessories and any packaging notes.
Use batch-level traceability
Linking SKU to batch/lot in the sales system helps trace suppliers, import dates, documents and quality inspection history.
Customer trust comes from accurate, consistent information more than broad marketing claims.
